    1. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website, operating at: https://www.alutec.biz/ (hereinafter: “Service“).
    2. Operator of the Website and the Administrator of the personal data provided by you on the Website is: “Alutec” sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Recz, 48 Kolejowa St., 73-210 Recz, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 000204015, NIP: 5941003766 (hereinafter: “Operator” or “Administrator“).     3. User means any natural person visiting the Website or using one of the services or functionalities described in the Policy.
    4. The Privacy Policy (hereinafter: “Policy”) describes the principles of use and processing of data stored in cookies – in connection with your use of the Website, as well as the principles of processing of personal data provided by you in the content of the contact form available on the Website.

     

    COOKIES AND MARKETING TECHNIQUES USED BY THE SERVICE

    1. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Service’s websites.     4. The Operator uses the Hotjar tool to analyse and visually represent User behaviour on the Website. Hotjar registers Users and makes it possible to play a video recording of their movements on the Website, as well as to generate the so-called heat maps. The Operator uses remarketing techniques to match advertising messages to the User’s behaviour on the website, which may give the illusion that the User’s data are being used to track the User, but in practice no data are transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. A technological prerequisite for such activities is that cookies are enabled.
    6. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology ensures that Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) knows that a person registered with it is using the Website.     1. Users’ personal data will be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
      1. entities providing the Administrator with services necessary for operating the Service website, including entities providing IT services, entities providing marketing services,
      2. entities belonging to the Administrator’s capital group.

    Period of processing of personal data

    1. Users’ personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

    1. If the Administrator’s actions are considered to violate the User’s rights, the User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    3. Personal data are not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions of on data protection. This means that the Administrator does not send them outside the European Economic Area.
